Incredible experience here at Yuki Yama Sushi. The only downside was how filling every dish was and we couldnt order more! The staff are genuine and recommended excellent dishes. The tokyo sour was a great drink, nicely balanced and frothy.

Not cheap, but oh so worth it. I generally dont like veggie rolls much but the veggie roll I had was not only one of the best veggie rolls, but one of the best rolls Ive ever had full stop. The fish, amazingly fresh and tasty, and the ramen, esp the broth, oh so good.

I took advice from a local when I asked for the best sushi restaurant in park city, and Im thankful I did. The service was excellent and the ambiance is cozy and warm. The sashimi and maki rolls were unique and delicious. Everything was extremely fresh.
